If there is a lower rate available for the same dates and the same hotel or self catering rental, you must contact us within 24 hours of booking your Prepaid hotel and self catering reservation. We will either refund you the difference or cancel the reservations without penalty. This guarantee only applies to Prepaid hotel and self catering. • Credit is issued directly to the credit card provided at the time of booking. The credit will usually appear on your statement within 7-10 business days.
